Cancellation policy

We use the following arrangement for cancellation of participation in training courses:

Up to 30 days before the start of the training, the cancellation costs are € 200 (for material sent and license costs).

In case of cancellation between 30 and 14 days before the start of the training, the costs are 50% of the original amount;
if you cancel within 14 days before the start of the training, you owe the full amount.

This cancellation policy lapses when your organization or yourself arranges for another suitable participant.

In the event of postponement of participation to a subsequent training up to 14 days before the training, we will charge 20% of the participation costs.

Core Quality International reserves the right to cancel the program up to 14 days before the start in the event of insufficient participation.
