You are invited to a 75 minute webinar on Tuesday February 23 from 16.30 to 17.45 pm CET. In this webinar we’ll introduce our new approach to the certification process for professionals.
Ever since I published my first bestselling book on Inspiration and Quality in Organisations in the Dutch language in 1992, more than a million people in The Netherlands got introduced to the Core Quadrant®,
Books on Core Quadrants® are mandatory literature in almost every education program in The Netherlands, ranging from Universities to Business Schools to Healthcare to almost every field where leadership and personal development are considered to be important. At the moment even in primary schools, the Core Quadrant® is taught to children from 12 years on, with the help of our children’s book ‘Mission9′.
Covid-19 has triggered us to reflect on the certification program on ‘Core Qualities and the Core Quadrant®’ as we have been teaching since 1995.
The last 25 years – with the help and support of our fantastic consulting partners in many European countries – we trained more than 1700 professionals (managers, coaches, trainers, teachers, consultants) in a 3-days train the trainer program how to inspire your clients in their personal and organizational development processes. This worldwide successful program is now entering a new phase, thanks to the challenges we all have been facing and new technologies (like ZOOM and Teams) we have explored.
In order to travel less, work more from home, getting things done faster, we decided to change the certification format in 2021 into three levels:
Level 1: a free 75 minute – webinar on Tuesday February 23 starting at 16.30 pm CET . In this webinar we will introduce the content of the new formula, what it means to potential participants and what outcome you may expect in terms of deliverables.
Level 2: is five 2,5 hour on-line workshops for professionals and give you a practitioner-level certificate, for you to apply to yourself. The costs are €950 ex VAT). The maximum number of participants is 24. These five content webinars start March 16 at 16.30 pm CET. In order to get access to level 3 we expect you to participate in all the five webinars. For more information about these webinars/workshops see below.
Level 3 is a physical day and a half session in The Netherlands June 17 and 18. By joining this meeting you will complete the certification process. It will give you the legal rights to train and teach others. The exercises (like walking your quadrant) require us to meet physically. The costs are also €950, excluding travel and hotel costs, but including 21% VAT. The maximum number of participants in these sessions is 12. This level will also grant you permanent access to the European community of certified professionals and a comprehensive online library of tools and tutorials.
All sessions are in English.
For many years I have said: “the core quadrant® is so simple, it can be explained in 5 minutes, but it takes a lifetime to fully understand the endless possibilities and harvest the potential of the concept.”
If you are using or teaching core quadrants, make sure you really understand the depth and how it can enrich the lives of yourself and of your clients.
Discovering your true core quality is a profound and touching experience most people never forget. The shadow side of simplicity however is that it may result in superficiality, especially when professionals or teachers never took the time to really try to understand the depth of the philosophy behind the concept. This is why we encourage all professionals to be a living example of the principles behind the core quadrant and make sure they are certified.
Since the Practitioner Level is new we intend to start the on-line workshops March 16 and finish May 11 2021.
All sessions are facilitated by Daniel Ofman with one of his consulting partners. Included in this level you will receive 2 books.
