Practitioner level webinars
Since the Practitioner Level is new we intend to start the on-line webinars March 16 and finish May 11 2021.
All sessions are facilitated by Daniel Ofman with one of his consulting partners.
To get an idea of all the facets we are covering during these webinars here is the overview.
The first of 5 webinars for professionals (trainers, consultants, coaches, teachers) who want to use the Core Quadrant philosophy in their jobs.
The first part of webinar 1 is about the Integral approach (1 hour) and covers:
1-1 Introduction to Integral approach (I, WE, IT dimensions) and why it is so crucial.
1-2 Organisational versus personal development process.
1-3 Reactivity versus creativity.
The second part of webinar 1 is about the basics of a Core Quadrant (1 hour) and covers:
1-4 Identifying and disidentifying with qualities, pitfalls, challenges, and allergies.
1-5 Twelve ways to build a core quadrant.
1-6 Nature versus nurture.

Part 2 of Webinar 2 is about Balance, Stress, and Mask Quadrants and covers:
2-4 How to integrate core quality and challenge (from either-or to both-and)
2-5 Three stages of stress visible in a core quadrant
2-6 Origin of mask quadrants and how to unmask yourself

Part two of Webinar 3 is about values versus personal qualities (1 hour) and covers:
3-4 When a core quadrant does not work
3-5 Values as a choice (taking responsibility and confronting)
3-6 Reactive and creative feelings (indignation or allergy)

4-2 Characteristics of cultural quadrants in terms of verbs.
4-3 Focus on the shared collective challenge.
Part two of Webinar 4 is about cultural development programs (1 hour) and covers:
4-4 What needs attention NOW (choosing the starting point).
4-5 Following the process and staying open-minded.
4-6 Examples of cultural change programs (code of conduct).

Part two of Webinar 5 is about creative problem solving (1 hour) and covers:
5-4 Problem owner and action responsibility.
5-5 Itemized respons as a technique to create a breakthrough.
5-6 Transforming obstacles in challenges.

Certification in many languages
In the last three years, we have built a pan-European network of certified and knowledgeable Core Quadrant professionals who all bring their own personality, language expertise, and experience to the table. You can now work with many of us in a brand-new online program, learning together. You can also get certified as an official Core Quadrant practitioner, coach, or trainer.
